CBC Women's Ministry Information
What is our mission? To connect women more deeply and intentionally on two fronts relationally: with God and with other women. We believe in what Titus 2:3-5 calls us to do (women investing in women) and we are committed to meeting the needs of women in our church and in our community.
What will you receive? Honest, real, truth-based support from a group of women who are intentional with whom and with what they are choosing to invest time.
What can you give? We are very interested in helping women find the perfect place for them to serve and use their talents. If you are interested in being a part of the ministry of women here at CBC, we want you to know...there is a place for you!

Tapestry is a weekly fellowship group for women, ages 18 and up, that encourages loving relationships with God and the people He's placed
Tapestry is an intimate discipleship group of women from varied backgrounds
and ages who have been gathering together for about five years at a local coffee house.
We’ve come to realize the importance of fellowship--sharing our lives with one
another while learning to be more like Jesus. Recently we moved our gatherings
to one of our homes which gives us the flexibility to share our togetherness with
even more women--just like you!

Obviously, our focus is on spending time with each other. After all, that's what Jesus did with His disciples! We have great discussions, we pray for one another, we help each other out, eat yummy stuff, enjoy fun nights-- including movies, games or crafts, work on service projects, and on occasion we host special events for the other women in our lives. But while every Tapestry gathering is different, no activity or discussion is complete until we've heard what our Lord Jesus has to say. It's His opinion that really counts, and we do our best to hear and follow Him. He's the golden thread that really binds us together!
Currently, we're meeting on Tuesday evenings from 8-10pm. Because of our varied and busy schedules, we give one another the freedom to 'come when you can and leave when
you must'. But it's always better if you can enjoy the entire evening!
